BloomifAI is an AI-powered data platform designed to help executives take control of their business insights. By unifying multiple data sources and tools, it allows teams to connect databases, create personalized reports, and collaborate with confidence — all within an intuitive, gamified interface powered by BUD, a smart AI assistant.

The process
To tackle the challenge of transforming complex data systems into a user-friendly experience, we began by defining strategic goals and analyzing user needs.We designed an intuitive interface based on the metaphor of a blooming flower: users “feed” their flower with selected data sources and files, which are then processed to generate customized reports and insights.Through iterative testing, we refined drag-and-drop interactions, collaborative tools, and BUD’s guidance to balance power and simplicity in the platform.
Outcome
We built BloomifAI from the ground up — starting with product strategy and continuing through design and development. In just four months, we launched a secure, powerful platform where executives can connect databases, create customized reports, and collaborate seamlessly with AI-powered insights. The final solution includes a dynamic, intuitive interface, streamlined workflows, automated sharing, and full control over data visualization through BUD. In parallel, we designed and developed the marketing website from scratch to clearly communicate BloomifAI’s value proposition and help position the brand for future growth.
