Overview
RedyPago is a payment platform based in Ecuador 🇪🇨, with users also in Guatemala, Paraguay, and Peru. The clients are mainly businesses and companies that collect payments for their products/services through payment requests, links, or QR codes.

The process
Both the native app and the web app generate friction when it comes to executing and receiving payments. To address our challenge of improving the experience, we began by conducting a heuristic evaluation and comparative analysis with platforms like Wise and PayPal. We developed prototypes that we tested with users, through which we validated and adjusted the experience according to their preferences and needs.
Outcome
We iterated and worked on the most problematic screens. We concluded the design with a more intuitive, efficient, and modern interface for users across LATAM. Our work spanned the web app, native app, and commercial website. We generated a new visual identity and developed a design system that ensures visual consistency across all platforms.
